This silly internet connected screen in front of me…I sit down and get sucked in ! Even though it may be good stuff… I get captured !

My email Inbox is an easy “trap” I fall into when communicating with people rather than just “talking” to people in person. Lots can get lost in the translation when you don’t actually “speak” how you feel or what you mean.
